Meditate on the Third Eye

If you are looking for a way to enhance your intuition, or to increase your psychic powers, then consider learning how to meditate on the Third Eye. Meditating on the Third Eye is one of the most effective ways to activate the third chakra (ajna chakra) in your body, or energy channel, and open you up to greater understanding and feelings. There are two parts to this process. Firstly, you must open the Third Chakra, or chakras, in your mind through concentration, and then, secondly, you must clear your mind from all the negativity that has been affecting it and replacing it with more positive energy.

There is a basic meditation that is very easy and simple to learn and follow. This meditation involves visualization of the clear and pure, glowing chakras in your mind. You can practice the meditation by visualizing a clear, white chakra, with only an outline of itself on the white field of vision.

When you are doing the meditation, focus on the white, clear, glowing chakra, for about 10 minutes. Next, clear your mind of any negative thoughts that are plaguing your mind. You need to clear all thoughts that do not serve you or your practice, for example thoughts of anger, fear, worry, sadness, etc. This will help you clear the way to better focus on your inner chakras.

Focus on the chakras, for about 10 minutes, then clear your mind from all negativity. In this state, you will begin to open your Third Chakra. The Third Chakra is located in the top center of your head, just above your forehead.

As you clear your mind, your Third Chakra will open, and a new clear chakra will appear in your mind, usually on the left side of your body. This chakra is called the Sahasrara Chakra.

You should then meditate on this new chakra for a few more minutes, clearing it from all negativity, until it becomes clearer, purer, and more beautiful. After this period, you will find yourself in an empty and peaceful and relaxed state, and light will begin to enter your consciousness. This is where your intuition and psychic powers become strong.

This meditation will continue to work on your Third Chakra until it reaches its full potential, activating the Kundalini energy that is hidden within it. It is this energy that causes your inner intuition to become more powerful, as it increases in clarity. Your intuition will then become so clear and powerful, that you will be able to access the powers of all three chakras, the three most important chakras, the chakras that are responsible for the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of your life.

Once the chakra has fully opened, you will begin to feel more alive and renewed, as the Kundalini energy begins to awaken. You may begin to have the experience of experiencing visions or dreams, or you may simply find yourself feeling extremely alert. This is a good indication that you have reached the highest level of consciousness.

After a few days, you may find that this meditation becomes second nature to you. It may even become a way of life, and not something you do only when you are meditating. The purpose of this meditation is to awaken, activate, and direct the power of the Kundalini energy, which are the energy that is responsible for the higher levels of consciousness and enlightenment, and joy.
